SICPOVM numerical solutions

SICPOVM solutions that are covariant with respect to the Weyl-Heisenberg group were published by Zauner in dimensions 6 and 7, and by Renes, Blume-Kohout, Scott and Caves in all dimensions up to 45. Additionally, they produced solutions in dimensions 46 and 47 after publication. Here we have the solutions that have been refined by Appleby to higher precision. The fiducial vectors in this first set are all eigenvectors of the Zauner matrix.
