The Department of Mathematics at the University of York seeks a postdoctoral researcher to work with Roger Colbeck on the theory of quantum technologies. This is a fixed term position for three years funded by EPSRC’s Integrated Quantum Networks Hub and the appointee will contribute to a work package on quantum protocols.
A postdoctoral position is available in the Quantum Information and Computation group (https://quantique.labri.fr) at the CS department of the University of Bordeaux (France). Applications should be submitted by *January 15* for full consideration.
Postdoctoral Fellowship Recruitment 2025/2026
National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE University, Russia) is ready to announce the open call for postdoctoral positions for the 2025/2026 academic year!
The Higher School of Economics is a young, dynamic and fast-growing Russian research university. Over the past thirty years, HSE University has become a leader in Russian education and has been recognized internationally.
Several postdoctoral fellowships are available in the direction of machine learning and AI applied to discover novel designs and strategies for quantum computing. In addition, the group investigates more broadly artificial scientific discovery and neuromorphic computing (physics for machine learning). Even though prior experience in machine learning and/or quantum information processing would be considered a plus, above all we value proven creativity and scientific competence demonstrated through prior research work, also in unrelated areas.

Applications are invited for a two-year postdoctoral research position in Curt von Keyserlingk’s group at King’s College London.
About the role
The research will involve the topic of quantum information in many-body systems.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in analytical approaches to many-body systems and quantum information, and/or with strong track-record in numerical physics (particularly tensor network methods).
