Just curious, does anyone know why the W state is called W state?
In the paper by Adan Cabello [Phys. Rev. A 65 (2002) 032108] it is noted that - ‘‘W’’ is for Wolfgang (Dur), one of the authors of the paper W. Dur, G. Vidal, and J. I. Cirac, Phys. Rev. A 65 (2002) 032108.
